"A Better You" Effect vs. Affect

This is the first installment of "A Better You". Everyone wants to feel great but....let's face it that isn't always the case. I believe from personal experience that what you look like on the outside, does in fact "affect" how you feel on the inside. Which in turn "effects" how others see you as well. I know what the mainstream is thinking right now, "I don't really care what others think, or how they see me." Well, be that as it may, sometimes life calls for some acceptance, some further clarification that you are exuding inner confidence(even if(and we all have them days)when you in fact are not.

You know the feeling when you dress nice to go to the grocery store(for no apparent reason)and you notice that the cute stock boy keeps walking by to catch a glimpse. Little does he know your married, with three kids, stuck in MomVille, with a husband who works too much. To further my point it's important for every woman to look her her best, you never know when that next moment will come that makes everything you do as a woman worth it....all the waxing, primping, trips to the salon, we take actually pay off!!

Believe it or not jewelry can take part in your day to day life...it doesn't take much to spruce up an outfit.....even a t-shirt and jeans.

"Here's a New One"

This I made using some left over glass beads and one little butterfly I had laying around from some of my altered art. The butterfly has 2 Swarovski Crystals and there are irridescent bugle beads as well to compliment them. This I call "Butterfly Bliss" just a random creation fit for any collection!!!! I will be adding to my sites and craftyartistsatjc@etsy.com as well!!!

"Well yes I know Easter is over," but........

I have all these extra easter eggs laying around, what to do? Seems like I could throw them in the garage or stor them in a box somewhere safe, however just doesn't seem right....So I reinvented them for well whatever you want them to be....I thought this would be exceptionally cool for all you Swap-Botter's out there, who love a challenge....I may even use them as ornaments for Christmas, Easter, or cute little holiay gift boxes so to speak. They would hold bracelets, earrings and handmade rings perfectly.....So you be the judge: MOVE OVER FABERGE`!!!! HA..Just Kidding!!!
